Pendle Wayfarer

Pendle Wayfarer is the name given to an integrated transport project serving the Pendleside and West Craven areas of Lancashire to provide flexible access to employment, shopping and facilities

There are two services, the for Pendleside and the for West Craven

SERVICE PENDLESIDE
This service operates in two ways:
Bus 1 operates on a regular, hourly basis on a set route around Pendleside but with the ability to travel off route to service more isolated communities.
Bus 2 operates on a "Demand Responsive or DRT "basis throughout the area i.e. you phone up for the bus and then times and pickup points are arranged with you.

SERVICE WEST CRAVEN
The service operates on a fully demand responsive basis (i.e. it does not follow a specific route or run to a timetable. The service operates from Monday to Saturday between 0700 and 2200.
The service is booked by calling the Control Centre on 01282 661394.
